Shipping and delivery policy

Out The Purse garments are generally prepared to order. Our usual dispatch time is 3–5 working days. During exceptionally busy periods, please allow 5–7 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Dispatch time is the time required to prepare your order before it leaves us. It is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Available delivery services, prices and current estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

When your order is dispatched, we will send confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout. Carrier delays can occasionally occur after dispatch. If tracking has not updated or the parcel is substantially delayed, contact info@outthepurse.com with your order number.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after preparation or dispatch has begun.

International customers may be responsible for import taxes, customs charges and local handling fees. These charges are not included unless checkout states otherwise.
